Butterfingers

lyrics

Sometimes I wonder why people talk without thinking of what they're saying.
And it makes me kinda wonder what goes on in their little head. Exhaustion is a killer knocking on my door and I answer like a fool begging for more.
If I could sit on procrastination I would kiss my stress good bye. Taking shots of irresponsibility, everbody lies.
Disapointment came and smacked me in the face and later it asked if it could stay at my place.
I know this week will be hard, I've got work and class and its hard just to pass. I know this week will be hard, but the times that I see you are the best time spent. I miss you I wanna see you again.
I spend the winter complaining that Im freezing my heart off and later in the summer it gets too hot for me to start to talk.
Avoid conversation cause it makes me look bad cause I bit off more than I should have had.
Its really a marvel that im socially active at all.
When analyzing my past goals, I've always dropped the ball.
Butter Fingers they should call me because everything slips,
in between my fingers and I can't get a grip.
If I remember correctly I should probably shut my mouth
so I can close my eyes and take a look around.
Everybody struggles for a chance to get up and dance and everybody is looking for romance. I struggle for the chance to get up and dance. I struggle for the chance.
